V. Bradley’s career began in industrial manufacturing before transitioning into the food manufacturing industry, where she found her true calling. Her first role in food manufacturing was as a technician at M&M Mars in the pet food sector, and from there, she moved on to work with some of the most renowned companies in the food industry, including Kellogg’s, Mondelez Nabisco, Fresh Express, Bonduelle Fresh Americas, and Soli Organics. Over the years, she has led both union and non-union sites, successfully managing teams of 900+ employees, and specializes in start-ups, turnarounds, and greenfield ventures.
What sets V. Bradley apart is her unique blend of operational excellence and a strong focus on people development. She is well-versed in managing large P&Ls, building robust succession plans, and ensuring that every aspect of an operation is optimized for success. Additionally, her extensive experience with USDA, FDA, and food safety standards adds significant value to the businesses she works with.
With over 20 years in manufacturing, distribution, and food manufacturing, V. Bradley holds a Doctorate in Business Management and several certifications, including PCQI, HACCP, and SQF Level 3. She is also OSHA 30 certified. Her expertise spans a range of industries including Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA), Cereal, Bakery, Produce, Short Shelf Life, Packaging, and Distribution.
